Over the past four years, I've had the opportunity to journey with and alongside over 10 organisations/businesses and non-profit organisations, while also building my own successful business. Below are some of the services I offer.

Account management
I curate and post to social media channels such as; Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. I work connecting these accounts to channels such as Hootsuite, Squarespace and Shopify. I grow account followings and gain exposure.
Customer Service
I act as the point of contact over digital media such as Facebook and Instagram. I communicate with customers by replying and writing comments on posts and also managing direct messages. These include online complaints and reviews.
Content Creation + Digital Managment
I take and edit photos, execute promotions and sales campaigns. I copy-write and create digital paid advertising and occasionally also create printed promotional materials
Graphic Design
For use in digital and printed promotional campaigns. This has included flyers, menus, vouchers and packaging design. My experience in graphic design has also flowed into areas of digital media management and web-design.
Personalised Business Workshops
I teach and guide businesses and non-profits towards being self managed and confident to create and share their own content. This includes teaching basics such as using media platforms and hashtags/tagging.
Website Design + Managment
Simple web design that links to social channels such as Instagram and Facebook. I keep websites up-to-date with opening hours, menus and photography.

Timber cafe, harrisdale
Social Media Managment
It has been an absolute pleasure to journey with Timber Cafe from day one. Managing Timber's social media began as a passion project. I was working at the cafe at the time and believed firmly in the messages of community and love that the cafe stands for.
For this reason, I wanted to use social media as a tool to share this loving community within Timber with the wider community. Besides the quality of service and decor, the cafe also provides a chef inspired seasonal menu and speciality coffee. During my time managing the Facebook, Instagram and website, Timber has been featured on multiple pages such as Urban List Perth, as one of the best places to visit south of the river. Timber was also featured in the top-notch article of London's Monocle magazine, as a place to visit when travelling "down-under". To date, I've photographed, edited, curated and shared over 350 posts for the cafe and loved every moment of it.
Fika on Brix, Beckenham
Social Media Managment
Fika on Brix is a fairly new cafe located at Mills Park in Beckenham. During the early days, the cafe had worked with an outside digital media firm to photograph the store and manage online content. However, being a small local business, the cafe struggled to have this outside business manage their social media for a number of reasons.
Firstly, the photography and captions felt cold and impersonal, as though the scheduled posts fitted a 'one size fits all' template for cafes.
This taught me how important it is to find an online 'voice' for a business. To know and be personal with your customers, just as you would chat to them across the till. Secondly, photographs were taken once every couple of months. This made having weekly specials and dishes advertised online virtually impossible.
When I took over the social media at Fika, the organic engagement on posts began to grow. The digital space became a place for customers to stay in touch with the cafe. This is because they felt they were being heard by the manager and staff: the people that know their regular order and joke with them on a Thursday afternoon, when grabbing a coffee to get them through to Friday.
Website Design and Management
Fika on Brix also asked me to redo their website to match the brand identity and established touch-points. I chose cover images by a photographer to ensure high resolution. The beautiful website integrates perfectly into the existing digital platforms and is updated regularly.
